On the edge of a residential area in Črnuče, we are building three low-energy twins, which are expected to be habitable by summer 2022. The houses are located in a cul-de-sac in Črnuče in a quiet area near the forest belt and have a southern orientation. There are many walking trails nearby through the surrounding forests in a quiet area near the forest belt.

Basic information: We are building three low-energy twins on the edge of a residential area in Črnuče, which are expected to be habitable by the summer of 2022. Individual twin units are being sold in III. PGF (meaning masonry building with the facade, roof, windows, entrance doors, and basic landscaping) with the possibility of turnkey production - moving in within approx. 4-6 months from receipt. Renders are symbolic.

The price per individual unit with parking spaces is EUR 360,000 (the price includes 9.5% VAT).
