I am a co-owner of Roni Nepremičnine and the driving force behind the company's investment segment, specializing in commercial real estate and land. I manage a portfolio of clients and carefully select every project that enters it, based on quality, location, and development potential.

I offer projects exclusively to pre-vetted buyers – the vetting process includes an assessment of the seriousness of intent and financial capacity of the investor. This approach ensures the exclusivity of every project, while giving owners and developers a discreet, controlled sales process, and giving investors access to opportunities not available on the open market.
